PRACTICAL OBSERVATION DESCRIPTION.

 Diario de Campo's synthesis.


Along this experience at that school named by "Institución Educativa Distrital Líbano - sede 2" I saw some regularities and aspects that I never imaginated, about the student's skills, those children showed me comprehensive skills, and cognitive skills; even though, I have seen some students being a little bit lazy about the presented activities by the accompanying teacher; those guys demonstrated companionship skills, because in some moments they tried to help each others in the activities, I never saw feuds or hostility on the classroom environment, I recolected information about this situation and the students have been classmates for a long time.



Description of the observed population.


I got 2 types of population, between sixth and eighth grade, each one with different personalities and skills. The average age of both classrooms are between 12 and 15 years old; these students were also in a face-to-face environment which maintained the conditions suitable for carrying out of class.

Most remarkable moments at the practice process.


Along my practice moment I saw remarkable moments, for example, I really appreciate the moment which the students wanted to carry out my test; I even had to buy more copies about the test because a lot of students wanted to do it.

Another one, it was the way to control the classroom, some students were choosed by the teacher as delegates classrooms and I got fascinated about those that abilities and responsabilities.

Being a teacher in training gave me some beautiful experencies inside the scenario, but I really appreaciate the moment when the students liked to participate on the English activities and let the teacher carry out the class session.


Conclusions.


This kind of practical component gave me a little bit more of experience and encouragement to keep doing this. I had seen remarkable moments and mad moments, but I got more ideas and information on this practical scenario. I acquired a lot of methodologies to teach and understand the students; this scenario has a world of competences and remarkable moments to be seen.


The importance about term reflective practice, and for this it is necessary make a difference between what it is to think and reflect; and concludes that the human being thinks constantly and that is not why it is a reflective practitioner, but reflection goes further considering a certain distance to rethink, that is, reconsider again and carefully the teaching practice.


It concludes about the importance to have a good posture about the scenario and when the student is trying to see the scenario; this scenario gave me some ideas about the willingness and the commitment, I got a lot of commitment even being a participant observer, given that, the practicing teacher felt as a delegate teacher.
